你有多久沒有坐下來，好好的喝一杯咖啡、翻一本雜誌，享受那份屬於自己的閑適？來到位於台東市福建路的東岸咖啡，普羅旺斯風的空間感相當舒適，加上位處靜謐巷弄，是令人放鬆心情的好地方。
店內提供的咖啡種類不多，品質卻是經過主人張小姐精心挑選，從產地進口的巴西天然漿果、黃金曼特寧、薇薇特南果及肯亞AA等咖啡豆，在店內各有忠實擁護者，其中，來自安堤瓜的花神咖啡，則是許多行家的最愛。
重香氣、油脂的花神咖啡，口感不僅滑潤，變化性也相當高。輕啜一口，舌尖感受到咖啡裡的香、甜、苦味，彷彿像是不同音符在譜上跳動，口味豐富而飽滿，還有微微花香滯留在鼻腔上，相當細膩。
店內的咖啡豆全是由張小姐自己挑豆、烘焙，用心注重每個細節，成就完美品質。她表示，希望透由東岸咖啡的開設，讓咖啡走入生活、走入台東，讓更多人能夠來體驗咖啡帶來的美好。
